Founded in 1999, the non-profit club offers recreational Shotokan karate for children and adults. Training also develops self-defence, mobility, body control and concentration. It is a member of the World Shotokan Karate-Do Federation.
The beginner course has continuous intake, allowing newcomers to start at any time. An instructor leads sessions according to a training plan. The club follows the Dojo Kun tradition, emphasising character, loyalty, perseverance, respect and avoiding violence.
