This year-round accommodation, party and meeting venue lies at the edge of the Oulu flatlands, about a 30-minute drive from Oulu. Its rooms can be adapted to different kinds of events, and it hosts weddings, parties, business events and meetings. Catering is available to order, and guests can stay overnight on site. According to the map listing, there are also hot tubs, saunas and a restaurant.
Activity packages can be added, offered together with Suotula Shooting Center and Nallikari Safaris. The first building on the grounds was a crayfish cabin by the river, and the owner once caught crayfish for restaurants in Oulu.
