The library occupies restored premises in the dairy area's former mill, which operated from 1919 to 1993. It belongs to the OUTI network of 16 North Ostrobothnian municipalities and its shared online library. Book cabinets are available in Murro and Temmes.
The municipal exhibition space is open during library hours. Self-service use is available outside staffed periods. The library and dairy area also host events. The entrance and car park include wheelchair access.
