Founded in 1997 by Petteri Väyrynen, this construction company started out building foundations for small houses. Today it focuses on permit and structural drawings for small houses and on site supervision for detached houses in the Oulu region. According to the company, it has built nearly 100 small houses and halls.
Services include CLT element drawings and the sourcing of domestic CLT elements through a partner, as well as a responsible site manager service. Besides the managing director, the company has one permanent employee.
