This independent artist creates glass sculptures, paintings, drawings and ceramics. Techniques include glass blowing, kiln casting, fusing, slumping and sand casting. Training took place at Nuutajärvi glass school and Kosta Boda in Sweden, with time shadowing Kaapo Lahdesmäki at Lasismi. Before becoming an artist, the practitioner worked as an epidemiologist and biostatistician in South Africa.
Work is sold through a home gallery and online shop. Paintings include portraits and abstract works. African sculptures and works by other African artists are also available. Accessible seating is provided.
