Municipal early childhood education is organised in six groups, from infants to supplementary preschool care, with a shift-care group for ages 0–6. There are places for about 100 children and 28 staff. Small-group activities take children's strengths, interests and needs into account. Facilities include a gym used daily, a craft workshop and a kitchen for baking.
The large yard has play equipment, a paved area for wheeled toys and a hill for sledding and climbing. Some groups use separate buildings, while preschool teaching takes place at the school. Shift care follows hours booked in advance. Applications and changes go through eDaisy, and families communicate through DaisyFamily. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
