The construction company was founded in 1976 as a limited partnership and became a limited company in 1993. It does building construction, renovation and foundation contracting, and design-build (KVR) contracting, specialising in new-build and renovation projects. Its main clients are municipalities and other public-sector bodies.
The company is a member of the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT and holds a construction company competence certificate granted by RALA. It is owned and managed by Juha Kurtti, and the second shareholder is Pentti Mäkinen.
