Trained massage therapist Marjo Liikala offers massage alongside dry needling. Dry needling is aimed mainly at neck and shoulder pain, headaches, shoulder pain and lower back and leg pain, and can be combined with electrical stimulation. Dry needling sessions need at least 60 minutes. Massage can be combined with joint mobilisation, passive stretching, MET technique or fascia treatment. Adults and children are treated. Her background is as a practical nurse working with the elderly, children and people with intellectual disabilities, and she completed her massage training at Vierumäki Sports Institute in November 2023.
