The small artisan producer makes ice cream in small batches using its own recipes and Finnish ingredients, with natural flavours and colours. Flavours include lemon cake, pistachio, sea buckthorn, vanilla, hazelnut, strawberry, liquorice, coffee and mango sorbet.
Ice cream is sold from a summer kiosk in Kustavi and an ice-cream bicycle around Southwest Finland. Selected flavours are available year-round through local retailers, with a smaller seasonal selection in winter. Some products are lactose-free, gluten-free or vegan.
