The fourth-generation family farm specialises in cauliflower. The family has owned the land since the 1800s, and the owner who took over in 2017 switched from pigs to specialist crops. Products include baby cauliflower and boxes of standard and coloured varieties.
The fields lie on former seabed with nutrient-retaining clay soil. Around 70 percent are at sea level and kept dry by embankments and pumping. Sprinklers and drip irrigation use the farm's own water supply. A wind turbine, solar plant, greenhouse and growing tunnel were added in 2023. The farm aims to increase renewable electricity use and reduce fossil fuels and pesticides.
