Osteopathy and sports massage can be combined in one appointment. The practitioner qualified in sports massage in 2018 and orthopaedic osteopathy in 2023, and trained in spinal manipulation and mobilisation in Oxford. His background includes national youth volleyball and massage work with athletes from several sports.
Treatment is planned together with each client according to their wishes. Osteopathy uses manipulation, mobilisation and soft tissue techniques, while orthopaedic osteopathy also includes home exercise guidance. Clients of all ages and occupations are welcome.
