Founded in 2015 by two building health specialists, this independent consultancy investigates building condition, mould and indoor air. It offers pre-purchase inspections, housing company condition assessments and long-term maintenance plans, plus annual checks for detached houses. Mould detection dog surveys, microbial sampling and energy certificates are also available.
Construction, renovation and damage repair projects can use its supervision and project management services. Reports are available in Finnish and Swedish. Clients include individuals, companies, municipalities, housing companies and authorities across Ostrobothnia, South Ostrobothnia and Åland.
