The terminal is in the port, from where Wasaline runs cruise and freight traffic across the Kvarken between Finland and Sweden. Services include cruises, group bookings and freight booking. The company office is separate from the terminal and does not receive customers. Wasaline holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and has a published corporate responsibility and environmental policy.
Sales service can be reached by phone in Finland and Sweden and by email, with separate opening hours for each country. Bookings can be managed online through the self-service Oma varaukseni. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
