Managed by the Volume cultural association, this three-storey building has around 2,000 square metres of space and 22 rentable band rehearsal rooms. It also houses a rock school run by the city's youth department. Around 150 active users range from minors to pensioners, and music activities at the site date back to 1985.
Rehearsal-room vacancies are announced on Volume's Facebook page. Bookings are arranged with the room manager by email or phone.
