The laundry service collects household textiles from the doorstep and returns them cleaned. It handles rugs, duvets, pillows, mattress covers and curtains. Stain removal and a subscription-style laundry bag service are also offered.
Orders and collection times can be arranged online, or laundry can be brought to the premises. A drop-off box is available around the clock. Laundry bags generally take a few working days, duvets and pillows about a week, and rugs 1–2 weeks. Unsatisfactory results are addressed by rewashing or redrying.
