This independent craft brewery brewed its first batch in February 2015 in a renovated ice cellar. The brewery site dates back to 1890. It makes beers, ciders, sodas and other drinks in small batches from natural ingredients, with close to twenty products, including gluten-free ones. Its dark beers, such as Dunkel and Doppelbock, have won awards. The brewery runs on solar power.
Bock's Gastro & Pub restaurant and a village shop operate alongside the brewery. The coffee shop menu includes specialty coffees, and products can also be bought from the webshop. Catering and event space are available, and the seating, entrance, toilet and car park are wheelchair accessible.
