Engineers Jarmo Palomäki and Bengt Guldbrand founded the electrical engineering company in 1988. It designs and manufactures switchgear, test equipment, load resistor elements and control panels, particularly for the energy and marine industries.
Services run from design through installation, with industrial customers mainly in Finland and the other Nordic countries. Since 2024, it has belonged to the entrepreneur-led investment company Anchor Ventures. Environmental compliance forms part of its policy, and the business holds EcoVadis certification.
