The taxi service is run by Ulataksi Oy. Standard taxis take 1 to 4 passengers, and larger vehicles take 5 to 8. Kela taxi rides, the Social Insurance Institution's transport service, are available for Pohjanmaa and Etelä-Pohjanmaa. Extras include an assistance service, stair assistance and child seats, and large luggage, pets or bicycles can be carried.
Rides can be ordered with the company's own app or the 02taksi app. Advance bookings and special requests are made when ordering. A taxi card can also be used for payment. The company recruits drivers and offers taxi driver training.
