Founded in 1968, this non-profit construction-sector organisation provides building supervision from design to completion and property condition inspections. Its building materials exhibition displays flooring, roofing, insulation, windows and doors. It also helps clients find contractors.
Courses cover occupational safety, hot work, first aid, emergency first aid and water work certification in Finnish, Swedish and English. They can be tailored and held at clients' premises. Offices and meeting rooms are rented out, including to housing companies. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
