This municipal theatre has a main stage and a smaller stage called Verstas. The theatre café doubles as an exhibition space, refreshments are served, and rentable spaces and theatre-hotel packages are available. Costumes are rented only to private persons for old people's day outfits. The theatre takes part in a cultural-friend volunteer scheme for people who find it hard to attend events alone.
The cloakroom is run by two local sports clubs, Sorvankylän Pallo ry and FC Haka juniors ry, and lost property enquiries go through the box office. The main auditorium has wheelchair spaces, and those tickets are sold only at the theatre's own box office. There is a ramp at the main door, an accessible toilet in the foyer, an accessible parking space in the front yard and an induction loop in the auditorium. With a disability card, a companion enters free.
