This registered association, founded in 1996, supports the city's street-level youth work, known as Yönusva. Support is moral and financial and comes mainly from donations. The association's annual budget varies with the donations it receives.
The outreach youth work is carried out by trained volunteers together with professional youth workers, and about 20 adult volunteers take part. Partners include the city, security services, the police and the wellbeing services county. Membership is free.
