Vans are rented out for moving and transport using Ford Transit vehicles, booked online and picked up self-service. Three sizes are available: Isopaku 11 m³, Citypaku 6.5 m³ and Pikkupaku 1.5 m³. Hand trucks are included as standard in the large and city vans, but not the small one. All vans can be driven with a B-category licence.
Booking, pickup and return are possible at any time without staff, and only a phone is needed to pick up the van. There are over 230 pickup and return points in the Helsinki metropolitan area, with the network growing across Finland. It is part of the Cityvarasto group, and a Cityseteli voucher code can be entered in the booking field. Availability varies by pickup point. The minimum age to rent is 18, vans must be photographed at pickup and return, and keys go in the glovebox while doors are locked remotely. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
