This private veterinary clinic was founded in autumn 2013 in Pakkala by a veterinarian and a clinic animal caretaker and trainer. It is a family-run, independent small Finnish company focused on preventive health care for pets. Services cover skin and ear diseases and allergies, surgery, dentistry, laboratory tests, internal medicine and ultrasound. It also offers rescue animal care, pet food and supply sales, grooming and coat care, acupuncture and electroacupuncture, and euthanasia. A second clinic opened in Punavuori, Helsinki, in autumn 2024.
Appointments can be booked online, and the clinic can also be contacted on WhatsApp. Direct settlement is available with LähiTapiola and Agria insurance, so the customer pays only the deductible. Furro members get direct handling with round-the-clock referral. Payment is by bank and credit cards, cash, or deferred or instalment payment through a customer account. Walk-in vaccination visits without an appointment are held on Thursdays at Pakkala. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
