The animal hospital provides hospital-level emergency care, intensive-care-level expertise, primary care and appointment-based diagnostics. It has an in-house laboratory, X-ray, abdominal and cardiac ultrasound, two operating theatres with anaesthesia monitoring and a surgical microscope. Dogs and cats have separate inpatient wards, and there is a washing room for patients. Specialist areas include oncology, exotic pets, anaesthesia, soft-tissue surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, dermatology, ophthalmology and dentistry.
It is open every day from 8 to 23, including weekends and public holidays. Emergency patients are seen in order of urgency without an appointment, while other visits are by appointment, which can be booked online. Other veterinarians can refer patients by phone or email. The clinic emphasises sustainable working practices, ethics and long-term relationships with the same veterinarian. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
