Orthopaedic osteopathy is combined as needed with dry needling, manual therapy, massage, joint mobilisation and breathing exercises. The qualified massage therapist and osteopath has practised manual therapy since 2013.
An initial appointment lasts 50 minutes and includes an interview and examination. Follow-ups take 30–50 minutes as required, and online booking is available. Workplace wellbeing visits use a portable treatment table and require a quiet room on site, with a minimum booking of four hours.
