This burger restaurant plays on Asian-inspired flavours with Japanese and Korean ingredients. The buns are Japanese milk buns baked fresh daily, the patties are 100% Finnish beef, and the vegan version uses Beyond Meat. Fries are hand-cut from locally sourced potatoes, and the mayonnaise-based sauces are made fresh with spices and fruit.
The lean menu focuses on food quality and includes banana ketchup, pickled papaya and a Filipino bun with purple yam. Helsingin Sanomat named it the top burger place of 2021. It was founded in December 2020, during the pandemic. Orders can be taken away or placed online.
