The sole trader helps with estate matters and prepares estate inventories, inheritance division agreements, land registry applications and sale contracts. Services also include wills, personal powers of attorney and authorisations for future incapacity. The owner has worked in the funeral sector since 1991 and belongs to the Finnish Funeral Directors' Association.
Estate administration can cover paying bills and closing bank accounts. Apartment clearance is also available. The owner chaired the sector's association in 2008–2016 and 2019–2021.
