The massage and sports massage therapist qualified in 2008 and offers classical and sports massage for manual workers, active exercisers and people with desk jobs. Sessions are tailored to work, strain and individual circumstances. Body-care sessions may include stretching or foam rolling.
Appointments are required and can be booked online. Urgent enquiries can be sent by text. The online shop sells ergonomic office products, body-care items and electronically delivered massage gift cards. Previous work includes sports teams, including HIFK football in 2009.
