The main building dates from 1910 and shows Jugend influence, while the farm's history reaches back to the 1700s. Renovated by the city, the house has an interior that evokes an earlier era, and it stands in the village of Kuninkaala, a short distance from Tikkurila centre. The venue is rented for christenings, birthdays, weddings, memorial events, meetings and company parties.
The indoor rooms suit about 10 to 70 people, and the grounds can host gatherings of several hundred. It is available year-round, and in summer a stage and a barn are also in use. The lower-floor rooms can be rented for parties and meetings, while the upper floor and some rooms are used by member associations. The house is managed by a local heritage association, with a representative from each of the six associations housed in the building. Bookings, rentals and tours are handled by a hostess-entrepreneur chosen by the board, and viewings are arranged privately.
