The shop sells used furniture that is cleaned, disinfected and refurbished where needed before sale. The range includes sofas, corner sofas, sofa beds, armchairs, beds, mattresses, adjustable beds and dining, coffee and TV tables. Items are sold as used and may show minor traces of use.
Services include furniture repair, washing and disinfection, assembly, and defect inspection with a report. It operates as a warehouse shop without an open showroom, and visits are by appointment. Custom rugs are sold through the HapNest digital rug studio in a separate online shop.
