The building consultant supervises wet-room construction and documents its quality. Work covers bathrooms, saunas, laundries, utility rooms, toilets and pool areas. General construction supervision, project management and advice on moisture, dust and microbe control are also available.
Services support DIY builders, water damage repairs and renovations, alongside new apartment inspections and condition surveys for home sales. Housing companies can receive advice on annual warranty repairs and resident representative services. The supervisor holds VTT wet-room certification. Work is undertaken in southern Finland and further afield by agreement.
