Completed in 1987, this concert and culture house hosts concerts, theatre performances, films, drag acts and children's events. The main hall has 437 seats, including six wheelchair spaces, and the lobby fits about 50 to 200 people. Cafe Martinus serves refreshments before performances and during intermissions.
The premises can be rented for seminars, meetings, concerts, theatre and private events. The Kaikukortti, which gives free tickets to culture and sports services, is accepted. The parking hall holds about 80 cars, and parking is free. Martinlaakso railway station is about a 10-minute walk away. The parking space, entrance, seating and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and induction loops are installed in the meeting room, lecture hall, auditorium and festive hall.
