This aquarium specialist in Tikkurila has operated since 1984 and has focused solely on aquarium trade since about 1990. It sells aquarium sets, fish, plants, fish food and equipment, plus supplies for outdoor garden ponds. About 200 tanks are on display in the sales area and 100 more in the quarantine area.
All aquarium fish and plants are imported directly, along with water test kits, medicines, decorations, backgrounds and frozen fish food. It runs both retail and wholesale and represents the brands ASTRA (fish food and water treatment), WOHA (aquariums) and MESSNER (pond technology). Known for its fish and cichlids, it stocks common and rarer species and says it does not sell weak or poor-condition fish.
