The Scout Foundation's two-storey electrified cabin sleeps around 25 in bunk beds and on platforms. Facilities include a sauna, well, woodshed, two portable toilets, grill shelter and fire pits. Water is carried indoors and supplied to the sauna by hose.
Scouts and other groups can hire it, with priority advance booking for home scout units. The lawn can host tents, and the adjoining woodland has a lean-to shelter. Wheelchair users can reach the upper yard and shelter by car, while lower areas are difficult to access.
