The agricultural museum is run by Helsinge Lantmannagille r.f., a rural association founded in 1882 and one of the oldest associations in the area. The museum and the association organise museum and local heritage events, including an annual harvest day.
Party and event premises can be rented, with bookings handled through the catering company Pitopalvelu Ruokaräätäli. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible. The museum's website is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
