The shopping centre stands next to Martinlaakso railway and bus stations. Tenants include grocery stores, a gym, a pharmacy, a flower shop and a hair salon, and food options are Kotipizza and Subway, both with weekday lunch menus. A mobile clothing shop pops up here, and the centre serves as an advance voting place for church elections.
The parking deck and parking hall have heated indoor spaces, and there are outdoor spaces too. Parking is free for 2 hours with a parking disc, and park-and-ride parking is available. The maximum entry height to the hall is 2.3 m. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible, but there is no hearing loop.
