The self-service laundry washes clothes, household textiles and rugs. The chain's equipment includes washing machines for soft rugs and flat-bed machines for hard-backed rugs. A wash takes around half an hour.
No appointment is needed; customers use a machine when it is free. Load the machine, close the door and select a programme before paying. Unscented detergent is included. Drying uses tumble dryers or lockable drying cabinets. Payment is by card or through the app, which stores receipts.
