The Neapolitan-style pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven at over 450 °C, and the dough is leavened for 48 hours before baking. It uses Italian 00 flour, Neapolitan tomatoes and fresh cow's-milk mozzarella. The short, single-page menu has classic Neapolitan pizzas and house specialities. The restaurant is part of the Sotto Pizzeria chain, which was founded in Turku in 2023 and is expanding to other Finnish cities.
You can dine in, take away or order home delivery through the online shop. Delivery covers Tikkurila and nearby areas, plus Malmi and Puistola in north-east Helsinki, and group orders for offices and parties start at 10 pizzas. No booking is required and there is no dress code; you can order at the counter or online without an app. It is in Prisma Tikkurila, within walking distance of Tikkurila railway station and Heureka, but the entrance and toilet are not wheelchair accessible.
