Run by a husband-and-wife team, the construction company renovates apartments and wet rooms and carries out painting, finishing, insulation and façade work. It specialises in Italian Valpaint decorative paints and effect finishes. Wet-room work uses VTT wet-room certification.
Turnkey projects serve homes, housing companies and businesses in Uusimaa. Certified subcontractors handle electrical and plumbing work under one agreement. A site assessment precedes the quotation, and general construction contract warranty terms apply. The owners take part in projects directly.
