Founded in 2012, the contractor renovates plumbing risers in blocks of flats, terraced houses and commercial properties across the capital region and Uusimaa. Work covers water, heating and drainage pipes, pipe-damage repairs and apartment ventilation. Danfoss and Högfors district-heating units are installed and older equipment maintained.
Building work is handled with a sister company. Each project has a named contact working with the housing company's property manager. Clients include housing and property companies, builders and foundations; small detached-house jobs are referred to specialist firms.
