This winter swimming club was founded in 1997, and its members swim at Kuusijärvi. It has about 260 members and is a member organisation of Suomen Latu, the Finnish Ski Association. Membership is open to anyone interested in winter swimming.
The club organises events, group trips to winter swimming spots and member meetups, and takes part in winter swimming competitions in Finland, in both recreational and competitive categories. Annual general meetings and winter season opening events are part of the yearly programme, and members have a Facebook group for discussion and club news. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
