This local heart association belongs to the Finnish Heart Association network and cooperates with its regional branch. Activities include support from trained peers for people with heart disease, heart clubs and outdoor exercise groups.
The network organises courses for heart patients. The sydan.fi information service covers conditions, treatment, exercise, food, sleep and mental wellbeing, with expert articles and Heart Symbol recipes.
