The office houses Ohjaamo, a guidance point for young people aged 15 to 29, offering advice on work, study, housing, health and finances. Advice is available without an appointment. The staff include an employment services expert, a vocational psychologist, outreach youth workers, housing advisers and a study counsellor.
On site, visitors can use a computer for free and reach Kela customer service remotely. A job-seeking club helps with CVs and job applications, and recruitment events let young people meet employers. Employers can take part in cooperation such as recruitment events. The service operates from the Liide youth space in Tikkurila and, on Thursdays, from the Myyrmäki residents' space. The car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
