The builder handles interior work from wallpapering and painting to floors, fittings, kitchens and masonry. Wet-room work includes waterproofing, tiling, saunas and floor and wall coverings. Outdoor projects cover terraces, sheds, stores, carports, paving, drainage, roofing and sheet metal work. Small groundworks use the company's own machinery.
Private and business clients can choose turnkey contracts or hourly work, with subcontracting also offered to firms. The service area is Northern Savo. Winter cottage services include snow clearance, gritting, inspections and heating checks. A 5 × 6 metre party tent with tables and chairs is available to hire. Eligible work can qualify for the household tax deduction.
