This medieval stone church has been dedicated to St Margaret since 1447. It is a three-aisle rectangular building with a half-basilica nave. The oldest object is a 14th-century crucifix above the south door, and the pulpit was donated in 1652. The organ, built in 1957 with 22 stops, stands behind a facade from 1889. The church was restored inside and outside in 1994–1996 under the supervision of the National Board of Antiquities.
It seats up to 300 people, and the premises can be rented for events; rental details are on the parish website. The church is run by the local parish. Accessibility includes step-free access, an induction loop, parking and an accessible toilet.
