The parish's third church was built under Heikki Kuorikoski in 1838–1839 as a symmetrical central-plan building. Jaakko Kuorikoski built the bell tower in 1859. Johan Backman's 1751 altarpiece came from the previous church. The main 27-stop organ was built by Kangasala Organ Factory in 1939, with an 11-stop choir organ added in 1979.
Services are held on Sundays and holy days. There is a hearing loop and space for prams. The entrance, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible. The churchyard holds war memorials, including Ilmari Wirkkala's Finnish Civil War memorial statue.
