The municipal public library belongs to the Keski-kirjastot network. Alongside books, it lends sports equipment, small machines and supplies from the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare. A book club meets monthly and the Wilman vanttuut craft group weekly. The mobile library visits schools and day care centres from September to May.
Self-service access is available outside staffed hours. Digital guidance can be booked by appointment. The shared e-library has e-books, audiobooks and digital magazines; Cineast film streaming requires a library card and PIN. Information is also available in Ukrainian. The entrance and car park are wheelchair accessible.
