Kaija Sundberg founded the practice in 2006. Services include craniosacral therapy, crystal light sessions, reiki courses and spiritual-growth courses. Activities also cover mediumship evenings, chakra and meridian courses, and drum-making workshops.
Courses and events take place elsewhere in Finland too, with guest practitioners. Workshops also include making colour and power cards with beeswax.
