The pet supply shop belongs to a Finnish chain founded in 1988. The chain stocks food and supplies for dogs, cats, small animals, birds and aquarium fish, including its own brands and other manufacturers' products. Products are selected by staff who own pets themselves.
Staff advise on choosing products. Shopping is also available through the chain's online store, and its Kaveri loyalty programme provides purchase bonuses. The outlet has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and car park.
