The water utility supplies drinking water and wastewater services. Drinking water comes from three groundwater intakes. Infrastructure includes around 330 km of water mains, 280 km of sewers and 117 wastewater pumping stations. A wastewater treatment plant operates in Kuru.
Customers have an online portal for water and wastewater matters. Interruptions can be followed on a map and in notices, with notifications available by registration. The company publishes water-quality monitoring results and annual reports.
